Who we are

BeauNero Granite operates a black dolorite quarry in Beaufort West, Western Cape, South Africa. This website, beaunero.black, is our public information site. You can reach us at info@beaunero.black.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, location and message. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are emailed to our team so we can respond to your enquiry. We use the information only to reply to you and to follow up on the matter you raised. We do not sell, rent or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is processed

The website is hosted on Cloudflare and form submissions are delivered by an email service provider (Resend). Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends its IP address to Google when a page loads. These providers may process data on servers outside South Africa under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@beaunero.black and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change how this site handles personal information we will update this page and the date above.
